The Digital Shift

Get It Studio — the Swiss creative duo Sandra Golay and Alexandre Armand — brought their first solo exhibition to Tokyo at the UltraSuperNew Gallery. The Digital Shift brought together large-scale screen-based works and an intimate grid of hand-printed pieces, exploring the relationship between organic form and digital fabrication.

The exhibition traced how 3D techniques can evoke tactile, emotional responses — creatures and structures that feel simultaneously grown and engineered. Studio Kaku curated the works and advised on the spatial experience, shaping how visitors moved between the monumental screens and the more delicate, close-up work on the wall.
